Some REALTORS go above and beyond the typical quick photos of a home to create truly AWESOME photos for their clients.

It is not that they get paid more for their efforts, they will tell you, it is "just the way we do things." They do not get paid extra for this effort. They simply take that level of pride in their work.

We celebrate the WORST listing photos over at Truly AWFUL listing photos, but here, we honor those REALTORS who take it to the next level.

Christi Dennison is an experienced REALTOR with RE/MAX Properties East in Louisville Kentucky. Why do we include her as one of the AWESOMEST listing photo takers around? Here’s why.

She has these photos professionally taken, but that counts too! The lighting is spot on. The angles are correct. The rooms all look spacious. and the house is presented in its best possible condition.

    Wide angle lens really helps get smaller rooms. It is a must for any agent.

    Wow! Those shots are really awsome. I have hired a professional photographer to take photos of all the subdivisions home entrances as they have some pretty signs entering the home area. I will be writing an article about each subdivision and publishing them on my blog with the photo included. Hopefully this will bring some more traffic and the nice content cannot help but entice google to crawl my site even deeper.
